MenuMuse Support

Help with scanning menus, camera permissions, saved history, privacy requests, and account deletion.

Most support questions fit one of these paths.

Menu scan failed Retake the photo with the full menu in frame, avoid glare, and keep text sharp.
Camera or library access Open iOS Settings, choose MenuMuse, and enable camera or photo library access.
Wrong dish image AI and image search can miss. Verify important details with the restaurant before ordering.

Account deletion is available inside the app.

Sign in

Use the email address for the MenuMuse account you want deleted.

Open home

Go to the main scan screen after authentication completes.

Tap Delete account

Confirm the destructive action in the system alert.

Data removed

Your account record and saved scan history are deleted.

If the in-app flow is unavailable, email hello@noir.run from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

Quick answers.

Does MenuMuse identify allergies?

No. MenuMuse can summarize menu text, but allergy and dietary details must be confirmed with the restaurant.

Can I scan a menu from my photo library?

Yes. Choose from library on the home screen and select a clear menu image.

Why are some dish photos missing?

MenuMuse first searches for public dish images. If none are found, the app can generate a reference image for the dish.

Reviewer checklist.

A reviewer should be able to sign in, scan or choose a menu photo, view results, open history, and delete the account from the home screen.
